We have completed several developments for the Built in Quality award winners, Damson Homes who are known for their attention to detail and top quality. Our portfolio of work ranges from large housing developments to one off prestige houses. We have won multiple NHBC awards with Clients for Pride in the job.
Commercial
We specialise in Care Homes and have successfully completed a number of developments for both LNT Construction and McCarthy and Stone. Our experience means that we can anticipate and plan for the specific demands that these developments bring, ensuring high standards and efficient delivery.
Health & Safety
At Harley Finishings we take health and safety seriously and we are pleased to be an accredited CHAS Premium and SMAS Worksafe Contractor in addition to Constructionline Gold. We conduct all our activities with the consideration of all site operatives and the public in mind.
We retain Health and Safety Consultants to ensure we have constant access to specialist advice and each project has a site specific risk assessment setting out safe systems of work. We work flexibly with clients to ensure that we meet and adhere to their specific health and safety requirements.
Adherence to risk assessments and standards on projects are monitored through site supervision and reporting, depending on each clients individual needs.
Living our values
In the event that the development programme meets with a problem we pride ourselves on working closely and constructively with both our clients and other trades to help find the best way forward
The Environment
We are committed to exploring ways that we can reduce any negative impacts on the environment and improve our carbon footprint. We know that it is not only good for the environment, it also makes good business sense.
We give advantage to materials and processes that have less impact on the environment and dispose of materials responsibly, in a safe and legal manner. We minimise waste through careful ordering, storage and handling (this also helps keep costs down) and we reuse and recycle materials wherever possible.
We make all operatives aware of our commitment to the environment and Our Environmental Policy is available on request.
